With Social Media Management, my team and I handle both the strategy and the execution—so your content is managed end-to-end.

Yes. We align with you on voice, brand, and priorities, then you get to step back while we manage creation, scheduling, and posting. You approve what goes live, but you don’t have to handle the moving parts.

This varies client to client and depends on your overall business structure, offers, and existing brand presence. Most clients notice increased engagement and stronger brand presence within 2–3 months, with deeper shifts (audience growth, inbound inquiries, sales) as the strategy compounds over 3–6 months.

Management includes a fully customized social media strategy built with my signature YOU-CODED framework, plus full execution support. Here’s how it works:

• Phase 1 (Month 1): Strategy + Workflow. You’ll fill out your intake form, and we’ll get on a welcome call to align on your goals, quarterly plans, key dates, vision, and inspo/no-go examples. You’ll receive your onboarding packet, access to your Notion content calendar + Google Hub, and your Slack channel. We’ll then create your full social strategy deck, including a SWOT analysis, content pillars, content ideas, and action items. After presenting it to you, we’ll make refinements with your feedback and approval.

• Ongoing Content Creation. Every two weeks, we deliver a batch of content ideas inside your Notion calendar. Each idea includes context, inspo, audio links, trending audios, blueprint scripts, and filming/editing guidelines so you know exactly how to bring it to life. Your role is to film the raw content (solo or with your team), then send it back to us for editing.

• Editing + Posting. We handle editing, captions, hashtags, and scheduling. You get two rounds of edits per piece of content, and once approved, we post it for you and handle inbound engagement on your page.

Reporting. You’ll receive bi-weekly reports to track progress, results, and opportunities

Once you apply, we’ll hop on a social media chat to make sure we’re the right fit and to go deeper into your vision. From there, you can decide on the call or via email which package you’d like to move forward with. We’ll then send your invoice, contract, and official onboarding package. That’s when Phase 1 begins.

Yes—Social Media Management requires a 6-month minimum commitment.

You’ll have weekly communication with us during open hours via Slack.

You’ll work directly with me, Alyssa, as well as your assigned Inspired Media account manager. That means you’ll always have two brains on your team—mine as the lead strategist and your manager for day-to-day execution.
